HTC Evo 4G Car Charger!
Like regular HTC Evo 4G chargers, you have two choices of car chargers. You can just get the Mini USB car charger or a USB car charger coupled with a mini USB Cable.

As HTC Evo 4G uses mini-USB, you can pretty much get any Mini USB car chargers. The one I recommend for best value/performance is this one for Blackberries, just $7 on Amazon.

For those of you who want to charge other USB gadgets in your car such as an iPod, you can get a USB car charger and just hook up your mini USB cable to the HTC Evo 4G.
I actually like these types of USB car chargers better over the mini-USB because you can usually leave the USB car charger in the cigarette slot and just stow away your mini USB cable when not in use.
My recommendation for a USB car charger is the PowerJolt USB Car Charger, which comes with not one but “two” USB slots so you can charge two devices simultaneously, just $11.50 on Amazon.
